LANDLORD BOB'S DISTRICT III CLASS AA WEEK 3 TEAM RANKINGS

Individual Tours sometimes do and don’t tell us about whose better and who’s not. I’m leaning with the don’ts here. While this isn’t what I would call “rivalry week” it is a key week in conference duals. Decisions, decisions, decisions….

1.Brandywine Heights (6-0) – Destroyed ranked Hamburg and blew past the competition at Gov. Mifflin taking the overall team title.
Next Up: @ Canner Duals January 4th & January 5th

2.Bermudian Springs (3-0) – The Eagles maintained pace with another tournament victory.
Next Up: @ Northeastern January 3rd; @ Dallastown Duals Jan 5th; @ West York Jan 7th.

3.Delone Catholic (2-0) – Finished 4th at Boiling Springs behind the host Bubblers which is somewhat of a concern, however the Squires were missing several key wrestlers so we’ll give them a push this time.
Next Up: @ Hanover January 3rd

4.Biglerville (9-0) – Left no doubt at the ELCO Duals collecting a 2nd straight title. Test one comes this week before the annual meatgrinder in the dual gyms.
Next Up: @ Littlestown January 3rd, Canner Duals January 4th & 5th

5.Boiling Springs (5-1) – Won their own show by the yellow breaches.
Next Up: Greencastle January 3rd, @ Tool City Tournament Jan 4th & 5th (Meadville)

6.Schuylkill Valley (8-0) – The Panthers were idle but will have their hands full this week.
Next Up: Oley Valley January 3rd; @ Dallastown Duals January 5th

7.Juniata (2-0) – Placed 2nd at Dallastown’s indy tournament to the host school. The annual war goes off Thursday night
Next Up: @ UDA January 3rd

8.Littlestown (11-2) – The Bolts are on the rise and it’s that time of year to take its swing at the Canners. Not an easy set of matches over the next ten days.
Next Up: Biglerville January 3rd; @ Canner Duals January 4th & 5th

9.Susquenita (7-3) – The Hawks of Duncannon went 4-1 at Hanover to preserve a spot in the Top 10. The spot is arguable but the losses aren’t.
Next Up: @ CDE January 3rd; @ Jefferson WV January 4th & 5th.

10.Pequea Valley (5-1) – Finished 4th at Newport which will raise some eyebrows because of Newport’s title at home. The arguing will begin this week as they face a very competitive ELCO team in Myerstown.
Next Up: @ ELCO January 3rd

11.Milton Hershey (6-2) – The Spartans take a break until next week. The restate their case against the Lions in two Saturdays.

Next Up: Susquehanna Twp. January 10th; @ Camp Hill January 12th

12.Hamburg (9-5) – Hawks need a quality win to add to their resume getting dropped by the Bullets by 40 plus didn’t help.

Next Up: Tulpehocken January 5th, Wyomissing January 9th

13.East Pennsboro (7-1) – Another good news/bad news situation – The Panthers racked up 4 victories at ELCO one against the host Raiders. The bad – a loss to a top 5 team that would have vaulted this farther than it had been in a while. The young Panthers just need time to mature and the post season would do them some good.

Next Up: Shippensburg January 10th; @ Northern Lebanon January 14th

14. Newport (4-2) – Won their own tournament and out pointed the top L-L AA team in it.

Next Up: Line Mountain January 3rd

15. Upper Dauphin (5-3) – Fresh off their return from out west the Trojans destroyed East Juniata. The “other” Juniata visits Thursday.
Next Up: Juniata January 3rd

16. Wyomissing (3-1) – Finished 11th @ Governor Miff and dropped Tulpehocken.
Next Up: @ Devil Dog Duals January 5th; Oley Valley January 7th

HM – Eastern York, ELCO, Hanover
